A custom backyard sauna on Cascade Drive in Mill Valley required far more than a standard build. The desired location had no existing utilities or foundation, so Greenport Construction delivered a full end-to-end solution—starting with access and infrastructure, then designing and constructing the complete sauna structure from the ground up.
To make the site build-ready, we built a new path and stairway, extended and coordinated the utility runs to the backyard, and collaborated with geotechnical and structural engineers to ensure the foundation and overall build were safe, stable, and code-compliant for the property conditions. From there, we constructed the entire standalone structure with the same level of precision and craftsmanship expected in a high-end Mill Valley project.
Greenport Construction also provided complete design consultation, helping guide layout, finishes, and key decisions so the final sauna feels intentional, refined, and seamlessly integrated into the outdoor environment—delivering a private wellness space built to last.
